Refund policy
Not the perfect match?
Your Soraé piece is meant to make you feel confident and connected. If that connection isn't there, you have the right to return your jewellery within 30 days of receiving your order. This goes beyond the statutory return period within the EU, because we want you to take your time — to try your piece, wear it around the house, and decide with confidence whether it truly feels like you.
We’re here to make things easy for you. You can choose a refund, exchange your piece, or opt for store credit — with a little extra added as a thank you if you prefer that option. As a young brand, we’re not yet able to offer free returns, so return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless your item arrives faulty or damaged.
How to return your jewellery

Notify us of your return within 30 days by emailing hello@sorae.nl with your order number and reason for return.

We’ll provide you with the return address once your return has been registered.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it: unworn, unused, free of scratches, with tags attached and in its original packaging.

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll process your refund. Please allow up to 5–7 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method.
Once your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on where and how to send your package. Return shipping costs are at your own expense. Items sent back without a return request will not be accepted. For any questions, reach us at hello@sorae.nl.
Because in the end, it’s not just about jewellery – it’s about you feeling happy and comfortable with your Soraé piece every time you wear it.
Damage and issues
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If something is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us and we will make it right.
Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, return it and place a new order once your return has been accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know whether it has been approved. If approved, you will be refunded within ten business days to your original payment method. If more than 7 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at hello@sorae.nl.
