Returns & Refunds

 

Your Soraé piece should make you feel confident and connected. If it doesn’t, you have the right to return your jewellery within 14 days of receiving your order, in line with the European withdrawal period.


As a young brand, we’re not yet able to offer free returns. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or damaged on arrival. We don’t offer direct exchanges: if you’d like a different piece, you’re welcome to place a new order after your return has been processed.


How to return your jewellery

  1. Notify us of your return within 14 days by emailing hello@sorae.nl with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll provide you with the return address once your return has been registered.

  3. Please ensure your jewellery is unworn, in its original condition, and returned in the original Soraé packaging.

  4. Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll process your refund. Please allow up to 5–7 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method.

 

Because in the end, it’s not just about jewellery – it’s about you feeling happy and comfortable with your Soraé piece every time you wear it.
