Jewellery Care
At Soraé we believe jewellery is meant to be lived in – but like all precious things, it appreciates a little love. Silver and stainless steel are strong enough for daily wear, but they’ll shine longer if you keep them away from water, sweat, and chemicals. Slip your jewellery on as the finishing touch of your look, and let it be the first thing you take off when the day is done. Store each piece separately so it can rest safely until you wear it again.
Sterling Silver (925)
Silver is timeless but naturally soft, which makes it more sensitive to scratches or bending. It may darken over time – a natural process that can easily be polished away. Showering won’t harm it, but avoiding frequent exposure to water, chlorine, and salt will help it stay bright. Use a soft silver cloth to clean and store in a dry pouch.
Our goldsmith can also professionally polish, restore, or even resize your silver jewellery. This way, your favorite piece gets a fresh new start. Contact us for details.
Sterling Silver with 18k Gold Plating
Gold plating gives silver a luxurious glow, but it is more delicate by nature. Over time, the finish may fade – this is normal and part of its charm. To extend its life, always remove gold-plated pieces before bathing, swimming, or exercising, and avoid direct contact with creams, perfume, or sweat. Store separately and clean gently with a very soft, chemical-free cloth.
Premium Stainless Steel
Our stainless steel is strong, durable, and colorfast – perfect for everyday wear. It can handle rain or hand washing with ease. To keep the finish sleek and the shine long-lasting, avoid chlorine and salt water. A quick polish with a soft cloth is all it takes to restore its glow.
